An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for building services is essential to ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of all mechanical and electromechanical systems within a facility. The AMC covers the regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of equipment such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), computer room air handlers (CRAH), split units, variable air volume (VAV) and constant air volume (CAV) systems, variable refrigerant volume (VRV) systems, pumps, motors, and other essential mechanical components.
In addition to HVAC systems, the AMC also includes the maintenance of sliding doors, barrier gates, road blockers, sliding gates, and fuel oil systems—all of which contribute to building security, accessibility, and operational efficiency. Regular maintenance ensures that these systems function reliably, minimizes unexpected breakdowns, and extends the lifespan of equipment.
